It is a pleasure to welcome you as a new Premium User. Our aim is to have loyal customers who choose TeraShare with conviction. Therefore we do not extend your account automatically, but leave the choice to you.

The entire payment process is, of course, SSL encrypted. It could happen that the payment systems are busy and there are small delays in the transfer to our system. In this case we ask for your patience.

PayPal

After the payment using PayPal, the system guides you back to our site. Once the PayPal payment is confirmed at TeraShare, your login information will appear on the browser and is sent to you by e-mail.

This process should not take longer than 30 seconds. Please understand that your account cannot be set up immediately in case the transaction is delayed. If you have problems with the payment process, please contact our Support.

Reseller

If you purchased your access from a Reseller, please contact the respective partners for support requests.
1 With TeraShare Manager

2 Your files are only deleted once you close your Account. You can use 500 Gigabyte (500.000.000.000 Byte) storage space.

3 We support all kinds of connections. If you are using a DSL-8.000 for example, you can save 100 megabyte from TeraShare.com within 100 seconds. A premiumaccount enables you to download 10 Gigabyte per day, that’s 10.000.000.000 byte. The volume not used is automatically transferred to the following day, up to a maximum of 50 gigabyte. If the complete download capacity is used up during one day, the premium-user is able to save another 10 gigabyte the following day.

4 We will vary the download speed in according to our bandwidth usage and available slots.

Upload

No files with forbidden content, for example pornography, child pornography, racist media and/or illegal copies of copyrighted material. This list is not exclusive.
You may not store any data with illegal contents on TeraShare and make copyrighted material contents publicly available, e.g. by disclosing the links in a forum or on any other website.
At breach of the Upload rules, we are authorized to immediately delete files.
Download

In order to use the infrastructure of TeraShare free of cost, you have to wait the given time for the download to start. You can download a certain amount of data per hour. If the volume is exceeded, a notice will appear.
At breach of the conditions of use, the user might be permanently banned from the free service.
Anyone writing a program with the aim to breach the conditions of use, will be prosecuted and made liable for any damage caused.
TeraShare reserves the right to block access that is being used by several customers at the same time.
Premium Accounts

TeraShare keeps the legal right to close an account that are used by several people. It is a violation of terms to share an account.
Premium Account members can download more data than users of the free service. Currently, a Premium Account allows the download of 10 Gigabyte (10.000.000.000 Byte) per day.
The current status of your Account and an overview of your activities in the last 30 days are displayed in the Premium Zone. If you have exceeded your limit, you can log out and download more data using the free service.
Reselling Premium Accounts is a privilege given to our verified Resellers.
At violation of our Conditions of use, we are authorized to block your access and delete your files. If you write programs aiming to violate our Conditions of Use, you will be prosecuted and made liable for any losses occurred.
